02 Oct 2016 Preparing for Hurricane Matthew
We are here in Haiti right now battening down the hatches, doors and windows with Hurricane Matthew raging towards us. National Hurricane Center indicates warning for this impoverished country and Hope Grows Haiti is right in its path. Homes here are made of sticks and mud or even just tarps strung around poles. They would not survive a direct hit.
